The staff was very accommodating and helpful.
During my stay, the building felt quite run down. The hallways were cramped, and noise from neighboring rooms was disrupting. I also found the bathroom to be disappointingly small and the overall maintenance lacking. I believe I overpaid for what was offered, thinking I was getting a nice hotel experience.

I had a comfortable stay. The room was clean, with nice, modern furniture. Breakfast was solid, featuring hot options like scrambled eggs and a pancake machine. The location was convenient for exploring nearby trails. The staff was friendly and accommodating. 😊

Rooms offer solid cleanliness and comfort, making them a reliable choice for a rest stop. The breakfast area provides a modest selection, sufficient enough to fuel up before hitting the trails or local arts scene.
Parking can be a hassle. the lot doesn't wrap around, leading to some confusion as you navigate out. Noise carries through the building—doors slamming and hallway chatter can interrupt your peace, while an outdated air conditioning unit contributes extra sound. Some room fixtures, like the shower head, show signs of previous quick fixes, indicating a need for more thorough maintenance attention.

Staying with family at this hotel was enjoyable. We appreciated the hot breakfast, which included scrambled eggs and waffles.
My kids wished the parking was easier. it could use a redesign for larger families.

A decent spot for a night
The room was clean , with a large mini-fridge and microwave, making it super convenient for late-night snacks. Also , the front desk woman was friendly and helped me check in quickly.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain , but for a short stay, it was acceptable.

Had a great time with my friends here! We enjoyed hiking in the nearby trails and took a trip to explore a local art market. The hotel was clean and comfy. Breakfast was solid, and the location made it easy to get out and about. Definitely recommend for a fun getaway.
The parking area looked a little sketchy, which was a bit concerning at first.

Adequate but Lacking
While I appreciated the cleanliness and decor of my room, the lack of an elevator made it challenging for my senior self to navigate. The breakfast offered a satisfying start to the day. Consider requesting a first-floor room for easier access to amenities.

missingWrote a review on Apr 23impressive showerdecent breakfastfriendly staffnoise disruptiontraffic congestionpoor coffee
The room felt fresh with recent updates. Comfortable bed allowed for a good night's sleep. Shower pressure was impressive, and I enjoyed the hot water throughout my stay. Breakfast offered a decent selection, but coffee ran out quickly during peak times. The noise from upstairs guests disrupted my mornings, and the lack of an elevator was inconvenient. A bit more attention to cleaning outdoor areas would improve the overall feel of the hotel. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful but some seemed a bit unmotivated. Location was convenient, close to attractions and restaurants, but traffic can be heavy on Cerrillos Road.
