Bed was very comfy and breakfast was very good. Waffles, eggs (boiled and scrambled), sausage, French toast sticks, cereal, bagels, etc.
No handicapped features (raised toilet in bathroom) -
Easy to find
Rooms a little small fod 4 adults
Staff was able to move us down to first floor when we requested a room change due to no elevator (lots of luggage and bags; arrived late and exhausted). Shower remained hot with good pressure through four showers. My sons really liked the variety they offered at breakfast.
No elevator for two story facility, arrived late and exhausted--lots of luggage and bags to bring in. Small vanity. Air conditioning did not work properly, initially set at 74, felt warm, kept turning down to 64 and felt the same. Asked for an adjustment in the morning, staff initially said they didn't have authority to do so. Asked for manager, adjustment of 10% but then staff didn't know how to give refund without taking a while to figure out. Had to get on road and couldn't wait, so no adjustment made.
Breakfast was amazing! Large variety, fresh pastries, hot eggs, fruit, yogurt...cold milk fresh hot coffee. There staff was very welcoming, coming and leaving. I will stay there again!
The manager and staff were very helpful with recommendations for resturants. They made sure we had enough pillows and were comfortable
Need more room and tables in Breakfast area
Loved the location. Super friendly staff.
A bit older hotel for the price. No elevator. I didn't notice this while making reservation. This may have altered my choice due to a recent surgery.
Quick stop, clean, easy in and out, breakfast good, staff friendly.
Hallways dark confusion on room numbers
The hydgeine could of bein better...
The gal at check in was very nice and helpfull.
Booked.net had a double booking. Not your fault.
Without character but clean.
My "suite" was a room where the second queen bed was replaced by a sofa. Not at all worth the cost of an upgrade. Smelled like cleaning chemicals.
We stayed at the Hilton DoublTree for 4 days before moving over to the Baymont Inn. Our stay at the Baymont Inn was without one problem. The room was spotless and much more comfortable to both of us than the Hilton. The room was larger, bright and simply comfortable. The Hilton was dark, cramped and too fancy.
Price alil pricy for just ONE night!
found bugs(roaches)in the room and bath tub was very dirty!!!
Very nice room. Resturant within walking distance (3 minutes away).
It's was not easy to get to.
The room was clean and comfortable and close to handicapped parking, which we need.
The hotel is very poorly laid out, has no elevator, and the breakfast area is extremely crowded. The food was okay, but the eating experience was unpleasant because people at different tables were jammed together. It's not up to Marriott standards.
